Yoga Junction Class Schedule

Please contact the studio to book your first free class.  Attendance is by appointment so that classes are kept small, which guarantees that the teacher can provide students with personal attention.

Yoga Junction and Iyengar classes around the world follow a monthly schedule set out by B.K.S. Iyengar.

Week 1 - Standing Poses

Week 2 - Seated poses, forward bends and twists

Week 3 - Inversions and back bends

Week 4 - Restorative poses and pranayama

Occasionally there is a week 5 which is teacher's choice!
